NO SHOWS AND UNCLAIMED ORDERS:
In the event you fail to pick up your order, the same rules apply: It is your responsibility to make arrangements to pick up during the specified pickup date and business hours. If you forget, you can make an appointment for a new pickup date. We will hold your order for 2 weeks from original pickup date. After that we reserve the right to donate or dispose of items.

STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD:
Orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service), PRIORITY MAIL with tracking. All orders are shipped from Northridge, CA.
Due to the high demand of product, Shipping times vary each sale. Shipping times are posted for every sale and it is your sole responsibility to read the shipping specifications before purchasing.
If no time frame is mentioned then it defaults to 14 days to process and 1 to 3 days to ship, with the exception of holiday sales.

The following Standard Flat Rate shipping charges apply for destinations within the United States:
$8.25 (Unless package weight is over 4 pounds, in which case a shiping price will vary according to weight.
If you have food allergies, we DO NOT recommend you purchase our product as we use an array of spices and ingredients.
Gummy DASH Delivery Service:
Orders are delivered on specified date and times to specified cities on the item you ordered. PLEASE make sure you read the delivery location, dates and times carefully, as there will be no rescheduling available and no refunds. If no one is home, items will be left on front step and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
