STORE POLICIES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FOOD ITEMS.

NO SHOWS AND UNCLAIMED ORDERS:

In the event you fail to pick up your order, the same rules apply: It is your responsibility to make arrangements to pick up during the specified pickup date and business hours. If you forget, you can make an appointment for a new pickup date. We will hold your order for 2 weeks from original pickup date. After that we reserve the right to donate or dispose of items.

DISCLAIMER:
We are not responsible for Lost or Stolen Packages or delayed deliveries. Your items are sent USPS Priority Mail with tracking and it is your sole responsibility to file a claim or complaint with the post office. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Shipping labels are never retyped but instead printed directly from your entry form. Should a package be returned to us for insufficient address, it is your sole responsibility to pay for reshipment or make arrangements for pickup.

Gummy DASH Delivery Service:
Orders are delivered on specified date and times to specified cities on the item you ordered. If no one is home, items will be left on front step and a photo will be taken and emailed as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

ALLERGIES:
If you have food allergies, we DO NOT recommend you purchase our product as we use an array of spices and ingredients.
